Export from your order management system or load tracking spreadsheet. Partial data is fine — column mapping is automatic.
2. Fill the gaps

3. Download the DEFRA file and submit

Who we are
PRN Vault is built by a team that solves problems for the packaging waste industry. We've seen first-hand how much time exporters spend wrestling data into the DEFRA waste log, so we decided to fix it.
Your data is hosted in the UK on AWS. We never share it, we never sell it, and you can export or delete everything at any time. If you want extra protection, you can encrypt your company names so that even we can't see who you trade with.
